The City Council of Los Alcázares has improved the three CEIP centers of the municipality (Bienvenido Conejero Requiel, Al-kazar and Petra Sánchez Rollán) and the children's schools of Los Alcázares and Los Narejos for the start of the school year.
The CEIP Welcome Conejero Requiel has an investment of more than 16,000 euros to highlight the repairs of both the radiators and the boiler for a total of 7096.65 euros.
In the CEIP Al-kazar highlights the improvement of the sanitary floor for a value of 1323.74 euros.
As well as in the CEIP Petra Sánchez Rollán the repair of the air conditioners valued at 3,251 euros has been made, also highlighting the purchase of a blower to keep the patio areas in optimal conditions.
In addition, for this school year the two infant schools of the municipality already have semiautomatic defibrillator, adding to the rest of the schools in the municipality.
The improvements made have been made based on the needs raised by the addresses of schools and coordinated by the Department of Education.
In total, the municipal government has carried out more than 25 actions of adaptation, repair and maintenance in all the public schools of the municipality during this year.
"The Department of Education has taken advantage of the summer period to complete these actions," stressed the councilor of education Cristina Sanchez.
Anastasio Bastida, mayor of Los Alcázares said that "this year we have invested more than 32,000 euros in schools in the municipality in maintenance and improvement of the facilities" he said.
