The Chamber for Contentious Administrative Tribunal of Justice of the Region (TSJ) dismissed the appeal filed by the company "Urbaser" against the decision of a court, which considered the termination of the contract from waste collection agreed by the City of Los Alcazares by deficiencies in the service.

The court, in a decision which has had access Efe, indicates that the Consistory alcazareño, in its plenary session on February 23, 2007, was agreed to terminate the contract for garbage collection and run the security provided by the contractor, amounting to more than 18,000 euros.

According to the municipal agreement, this decision was taken after detecting a number of failures in service delivery and related to the lack of clean containers, non-replacement of which broke and poor hygiene, among others.
