The IES Antonio Costa Menarguez blocks third in the Regional Chess (15/02/2016)

Hall October 13 Los Alcázares, hosted Saturday the Regional Final Chess School Sports organized by the Directorate General of Sports, the Department of Sports of Los Alcázares and Chess Federation of the Region of Murcia.

The competition was attended of 150 children in the Region of Murcia, accompanied by their families, which contributed to the sports and entertainment environment that took place in the morning on Saturday.

The final chess, played in juvenile categories and open in individual mode and team, getting in the latter the IES Antonio Menárguez Los Alcázares a creditable third place team.

Nicolas Ruiz Gómez, Councillor for Sports of Los Alcázares, Juan Llor Moreno, Head of the Directorate General of Sports and Antonio Gallego Martínez, president of the Chess Federation of the Region of Murcia, they handed over the prizes to the various winners competition.
