With these words referred the Spokesperson of the PP of Los Alcázares, Cristina Sanchez, in reference to the works made more than a decade ago by the City of Los Alcázares and which are being a real headache for municipal technicians, due to the numerous urban facilities that were carried out in breach of the regulations and that will mean an increase of 50,000 euros in the work of improvements that are being made in the streets of Los Narejos.
On August 23, 2017, the City Council of Los Alcázares awarded to the company "Trisacor, Infraestructuras y Servicios SL" the work for accessibility and paving in the Carril de las Palmeras, Avnda de Los Narejos and various streets of the UA n .º 5 of Los Alcázares, included in the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Municipal Competition Services (PARDOS).
A work that was initially set at € 254,090.39 and that should be increased due to the deficient works carried out just over 15 years ago by the winning bidder.
These deficiencies in underground urban facilities are concentrated according to the municipal technicians in the area located in the UA 5, which includes the blocks bounded by the streets Rio Aranguín-Río Navia, Rio Caudal-Rio Deva and Rio Caudal-Río Güeña streets , these last ones of the scope of the improvements.
From the municipal government inform that, "once the work planned, the need to perform complementary works that were not in the project or in the contract, and whose implementation is necessary to execute the planned work as It was described in the project, always in accordance with the regulations and not as allowed by the socialist government when it governed. "
According to the project, consulted by the municipal technicians before the start of the work, written by the Architect, CMG, it can be seen that the forecast of the project for the depth to which the potable water supply network had to run, was of 1.20m, and the forecast to which the infrastructure of public lighting had to run was 0.50m.

Finally, we also consulted the building projects of the affected plots, existing in two of them, Project of Common Telecommunications Infrastructure, detailing that the facilities should be at least 30 and 45 centimeters deep, being able to observe that the infrastructures executed , are not found within the projected.
Once the pavement demolition work was started by mechanical means, it could be seen how the infrastructures were excessively superficial, tangled in the roots of the trees, and adhered to the concrete of the base floor of the pavement, as well as to the gripping mortar of the own tiles of the sidewalk, causing numerous damages to the inevitable infrastructures, in spite of that the demolitions were reinforced by manual means, to try to avoid them or to palliate them.
From the government team of the Popular Party, communicated the need to bring the infrastructures appeared to the depth to which they should be, and execute them in accordance with the relevant regulations, to be able to continue with the paving and accessibility arrangement that all neighbors they deserve.
For his part, the councilor for Planning, Francisco Montesinos lamented the delay that will entail the arrangement of the infrastructure in accordance with the regulations, noting that "when things are not done well, the one that is harmed is the citizen" and ending "we will be able to take a work within the regulations that lasts as long as possible and that the neighbor will not be affected again ".
