As explained by the socialist spokesman in Los Alcázares, Mario Cervera, "now there will be more neighbors from Los Alcázares who need this transport to go to the Los Arcos Hospital, since previously they went to Cartagena. the importance of this service for alcazareños and alcazareñas, especially elderly people, and prefers to turn a deaf ear to the demands ".

In this sense, he has continued stating that "the problems of the current bus service is not the responsibility of the company that all it does is to fulfill a contract signed by the regional government, with the approval of the municipal government of the PP, which does not allow the operation of the service if there are not at least five users ".
