The initiative of the government of the Popular Party led to a first approval of the agreement at the negotiating table with the unions and a subsequent approval by the Local Government Board, for the reduction of the working day to 35 hours in order to improve the work and family conciliation from the workers.
In this way, the government of the Popular Party has already begun the reduction of working hours that officials had before the national crisis, generated by a disastrous management of the PSOE at the national and municipal level, which generated a debt that forced them to take diverse and numerous measures to be able to maintain the economic stability of the town hall and the country.
The reduction has been made possible thanks to a series of conditions that the City of Los Alcázares fulfills, such as the reduction of public debt, economic stability and the spending rule.
All thanks to 7 years of government of the Popular Party, which has achieved great economic results with a serious and impeccable management, avoiding the excesses that previous governments did without control or responsibility.
