The Department of Culture of the City Council of Los Alcázares and the Association Los Alcázares Eco Cultural have launched the campaign "Discovering Stories" that began yesterday and will end on April 20 and has the purpose of promoting reading.
In this campaign, any student of primary and secondary school who has the public library card Miguel Galindo can participate.
To participate you have to remove a book and make a summary by hand of it.
The abstract must be delivered to the library from three days after the withdrawal of the book.
Each submitted summary will have 1 point, so the more summaries delivered, the more points they will get to exchange between different gifts.
Participants who have obtained more than 7 points, will enter the draw for a tablet.
With this campaign, it is intended to stimulate the habit of reading, encourage writing as a means of expression, increase the capacity for reading comprehension, enhance the ability of observation, attention and concentration, as well as arouse concerns among participants through the reading.
