The floods that the Los Alcázares suffered on December 18, 2016, not only flooded the homes of a large number of neighbors with water and mud, but also several municipally owned facilities.
This is the case of the Heated Pool, located in what was determined as 'zero zone' of the floods, which during the hours where there was heavy torrential rain became, along with the rest of sports facilities, an authentic 'raft' of great magnitude.
But after more than a year of waiting, users who have returned to enjoy these facilities have found many deficiencies that have become complaints both for the company responsible for its management and for the City of Los Alcázares, owner of the same.
As explained by the socialists of Los Alcázares "users have transferred several deficiencies that must be solved quickly, especially taking into account that the heated pool has been repaired a few months ago after the floods of 2016".
Mario Cervera, PSOE spokesman explained that "the heating of the changing rooms is not in operation, broken lockers, the thermostat of the showers is not regulated at an average temperature, in the showers has built a step that makes it impossible for them to be adapted for people with reduced mobility, among others ".
"deficiencies that have been transferred as a claim sheet to the company that manages the pool, but so far have not solved the various problems, we have asked the Municipal Government to solve the problems of the pool and respond to the complaints from users "Mario Cervera has concluded.
