The mayor of Los Alcázares, Anastasio Bastida, the councilor for Social Policy, Isabel Sarmiento and the Councilor for Sports, Nicolás Ruiz, today presented the program to be held in the municipality to celebrate International Women's Day, They have scheduled a month full of activities.
The activities will begin tomorrow with a Workshop on Social Integration of Castilian for foreign women that will take place in the Integral Center for Social Services and Women.
After the workshop, next Friday, the Manifesto of the International Working Women's Day will be read at 12:00 in the Town Hall Square.
That same day at 8:00 p.m., the Plenary Hall will host the concert of the Spangles that will give voice to Women's Day, a barbershop awarded nationally and internationally on several occasions.
The free route "Women in the history of Los Alcázares", which will be held on Saturday, March 10, will be another of the month's activities, in which participants can learn about the municipality from another point of view.
From the 13th of March to the 21st of April there will be workshops on "Conscious Movement and Curalotodo Stories", "Personal Defense", "Laughter Workshop" and "The Garden is our life" among others.
There will also be time for discussion with the round table "Women, disability and gender violence: know your rights" and a storyteller in the Public Library to end the month.
