Comisiones Obreras is the only union that has experienced significant growth in the City of Los Alcázares, maintaining UGT its position of first union with the same delegates as 2015 and losing votes.

Likewise, the SIME, USO and CSIF trade unions are left out, and a new FESEP union appears, made up exclusively of police officers and which is outside the General Negotiating Table.

CCOO, is thus rewarded in its fight for equality, in its demands for the consolidation of the workforce, the civil service, and the correct adaptation of the jobs, from which we have been requesting that equal work for equal pay;

retaking more strength to fight for public employees.

Once the new Corporation is established, and without further delay CCOO will request the immediate resumption of collective bargaining, to reach agreements of the Agreement and Framework Agreement, the existing obsolete of 2004, which the outgoing Popular Party Government has not allowed to approve with several tricks;

as well as the defendant list of jobs as issues of urgent need to defend the general interest of workers and end lustrums of discretion and loss of rights.
