"Mayor Mario Cervera applies the roll of the absolute majority and leaves the opposition groups with a vague explanation out of the General Negotiating Table of civil and labor personnel."
The lack of transparency, the increase of occultism and stealth take over the socialist mayor Mario Pérez Cervera when formalizing the negotiating table with the unions, as they denounce from the Popular Party of Los Alcazares.
A negotiating table that was composed with the representation of all political groups based on their electoral results and that from now on is vetoed with veto to opposition groups that previously did participate with voice and vote.
According to the mayor, the explanation in the Plenary of October was that they have an absolute majority and the opposition groups can find out in the informative commissions of the modifications already taken.
It should be remembered that on August 27, 2015, with a government of the PP, the Socialists together with the other opposition groups presented to the Plenary a motion that read “urging the mayor to among the Representatives of the Administration, which provides the regulations as an integral part of the general negotiating table with civil and labor personnel are invited to participate with voice and vote to the representatives of the three municipal political groups of the opposition, in accordance with the representation obtained after the municipal elections â€.
A motion that finally the previous government of Anastasio Bastida agreed, and thereby incorporated all opposition groups to that table, and now the current mayor Mario Cervera seems to have forgotten.
From the Popular Party they regret that what they then argued as "reasonable and consistent", is now vetoed by a socialist party that hesitates as transparent and participatory, which suggests that the opposition vote has no value.
Nicolás Ruiz, a popular spokesman, denounces that “the mask has just been removed, with this action the socialist mayor returns to the bad political arts that the Socialists took over in previous legislatures, a measure that leaves much to be desired of someone which claims to be transparent in politics â€he continues“ we already asked about some changes in staff positions that had to be corrected, maybe that's why
they want us to be on the table â€, he ends up asking that“ Cs be critical of the government's decision and demand the inclusion of the opposition to the negotiating table for health and good political work â€:
