And, the wait for an ambulance from the Murcian Health Service is not the same as if it had its own service, and that the Health Center currently has a reduced service, when the population reaches 60,000 inhabitants in summer. As the mayor has commented, in recent months he has held meetings and conversations with the Minister of Health and the manager of SMS, requesting that "a historic demand be made a reality, such as the launch of a 24-hour SUAP in Los Alcázares , which would provide a solution to the problems and we are also the only tourist municipality that does not have it.

" The citizens receive now, a service until 15:00 in the afternoon, and the second residents and tourists from 09:00 to 21:00.

Cervera clarifies that "with this service, the harmful situation that we have so far would be solved". Cervera concluded by saying that "a life is worth much more than 145,000 euros, and despite all the inconveniences that we have, I will not allow any neighbor to be in danger and have minimal health services guaranteed."
