The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, has co-chaired this morning the Local Security Board of Los Alcazares, with the mayor of the town, Encarnación Gil.
At the same have analyzed the current situation of public security in the municipality, and actions to strengthen collaboration between local police and Guardia Civil.
These actions are planned surveillance in areas of leisure and entertainment and the necessary improvement of face to the summer period, and those actions that can improve and streamline procedures and involvement of both bodies.
With regard to the provision of the Civil Guard in Los Alcazares, González Tovar has very much appreciated the efforts of the Government of Spain to increase the strength of the Security Forces in our region.
Specifically, a total of 18 civil guards perform their work in this town when in 2004 there were none, why the post was created.
González Tovar has highlighted the daily effort of the Security Forces of the State to ensure the safety of citizens and thanked the mayor's willingness to establish better coordination increasing safety.
