PSOE, Izquierda Unida and Win-Citizens of Los Alcázares proposes to revise the contract with Aqualia SA on the exploitation of Blue Wave pool that has been closed since the Popular Party governs the City of Los Alcazares.
The Plenum of the Corporation of the City of Los Alcázares unanimously agreed earlier this legislature, proposed by the Socialist Municipal Group, the opening of a Special Commission for the Control of public contracts in force with the aim of studying and reviewing the degree of compliance with them by the concessionaires.

The three political groups, which currently are the majority, have demanded in writing to the Mayor of Los Alcázares the call immediately of the Special Committee on Supervision of Public Procurement and proposed to include in the agenda review the contract with Aqualia SA "Construction and operation of a municipal sports center" to think that the concessionaire may be a while making serious breaches such as closing Blue Wave pool.
Cease has caused, according to political groups, a huge deterioration in the municipal facility as well as serious health problems in surrounding areas.
