The alcazareños socialists denounce that irresponsible management of the municipal coffers continues by the Team of Government of the Popular Party
The Ministry of Finance and Public Administration has released a list of consistories with out-of-budget expenses, in which Los Alcázares is in third place, with an extrabudgetary amount of 731,041 euros, ahead of municipalities like Cartagena and Murcia .
This list shows the existence of what is commonly known as "drawer bills" in the City Hall of Los Alcázares, a fact that has been denounced on numerous occasions by the Socialist Party and that until now had always been denied its existence by the mayor of the Popular Party , Anastasio Bastida Gómez.
According to the Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Mario Pérez Cervera, "there have been several occasions during this legislature, in which the Popular Party has brought to full multitude of bills without budgetary appropriation, that is to say, bills of the drawer, by value In the last plenary session in which this issue was discussed, which took place on 22 February, the PSOE already stated that it would not consent to a single bill without further appropriation, which was the last time that we We abstained from this type of invoices and that we did it with the only purpose of which the damaged companies could charge ".
He continues to state that they abstained under the condition that the City Council did not accumulate an invoice of expenses without budgetary appropriation.
