A total of 15 young people, between 18 and 29 years old, have been hired by the Consistory through the Joint Program of Employment and Training of Youth Guarantee promoted by the Ayto de los Alcázares, and with a subsidy of € 164.709 granted by The Regional Employment and Training Service, through Funds from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and the European Social Fund.
This morning has taken place the signing of the contracts in the Town Hall.
This event was attended by the Mayor of Los Alcázares, Anastasio Bastida and the Councilor for Youth, Nicolás Ruiz responsible for the Program.
The first mayor congratulated the young people and encouraged them to make the most of this job opportunity.
Bastida explained "This is the first time that the consistory obtains this subsidy, which will allow to hire fifteen young people besides reinforcing the service of Assistance at home", he indicated.
On the other hand, the Youth Councilor pointed out that the young participants have been training in a theoretical and practical way in "Social Care for people in the home" for several months and that the new stage that starts from the project will allow them to obtain professional experience for Facing the labor market once the program is completed.
The beneficiaries of the program are young people assigned to the National System of Youth Guarantee and will be contracts with a duration of 9 months, receiving 75% Minimum Interprofessional Salary, and obtaining at the end of the Program, the Certificate of Professionalism in " At home, "which will enable them to quickly join the labor market.
