The Municipal Intervention of the City Council of Los Alcázares has denounced irregularities in the signing of contracts of different shows celebrated last summer in the town.

"We already warned in April about the dubious legality of the contracts signed by the government of the Popular Party for the celebration of the various shows in our municipality," says Mario Cervera, Spokesman for the PSOE Los Alcázares.

Cash payments made outside of any legal procedure, contracts and expenses that have not been approved and audited by the competent body, fees that have not been settled, income and refunds made outside the current legality are some of the issues That denounces the Municipal Intervention and that have been able to generate a damage to the public municipal coffers.

In this sense, the Spokesman of the Socialist Municipal Group has stated that "this is the second consecutive year that the Popular Party closes the exercise with very serious irregularities." The year 2015 was marked by irregularities committed by the PP government in the management of Semana de la Huerta and now the year 2016, for various irregularities in the concerts held in our municipality. "
