The Municipal School Board of Los Alcazares has expressed full support for the head teacher of public school Requiel Welcome Warren, Rafael L.
This extracts from the minutes of the regular meeting held on 8 February by the council composed of representatives of students, parents and teachers of the four public schools and the Institute and chaired by the Councillor for Education, Montesinos Isabel Mercader.
The teacher was charged last February, causing a minor injury while trying to separate a fight with another student.
Joaquina Jessica Hurtado Judge, Judge of the Court of first Instance and Instruction No. 7 San Javier refused to act on any complaints that the child's parents filed against the Head of Studies.
Yes agreed to process and has issued a favorable ruling to a crime of threats by the father of the child to the teacher.
The ruling prohibits the father approached the director of studies for a period of six months and imposed a fine of 120 euros.
