United Left-Green of Los Alcazares has launched a campaign to collect signatures for the municipal health center provides medical service 24 hours a day.
The left-wing organization has indicated that the health center is open Monday to Friday until 15 hours and has no emergency room, so the evenings patients have to go to health centers in nearby villages.
"It is unacceptable that Los Alcazares, with large populations of residents and displaced, do not be an emergency department," he assured the IU-Green spokesman in the town, Trinidad Espinosa.
The signature collection campaign, which began last Saturday, will run until the Department of Health and Social Policy "give an answer" to this request.
