The Municipal Socialist Group spokesman on the City of Los Alcazares, Joaquin Menárguez, said the 23 year old Mario Perez Cervera, a member of Socialist Youth and student of Political Science, will take over soon as a councilor in their group.

Perez replaces Cervera far Councilman Emilio Garcia, who this morning has submitted his resignation at City Hall for business and personal.

Menárguez praised Garcia profoundly ethical attitude, which, although it could continue to play its role as councilor, has chosen to engage in the exercise of his profession of technical architect without it compatible with political office.
