The City of Los Alcazares Tourist Office opens on Avenue October 13, the new facility opened its doors to the public on Friday April 4 to accommodate tourists and visitors arriving in Los Alcazares.
This new space, located on Avenue October 13 to 12th, replacing the old office facilities will support the daily work of the employees of the Office of Tourism, since it has larger surface area, better lighting and are also provided with a store.
The staff of the Office of Tourism, is composed of two employees to the public and an inspection of beaches, keeping regular hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm in the mornings, and 16 : 00 hours to 18:00 in the afternoon.
Weekends and holidays regular hours are from 10:00 hours to 13:30 hours.
From the Department of Tourism estimates that the number of tourists to the former office attended last year during Holy Week, were approximately 1,000 tourists this year from the new Office of Tourism, expect to surpass the figure.
As for the Tourist Office of Narejos, it will continue its service on the River Nalón 17th Avenue, with the same schedule as provided by the Office of Los Alcazares.
Anastasio Bastida, mayor of Los Alcazares said that "the opening of this new office aims to provide a better service to all tourists visiting Los Alcazares."
Finally, Bastida stressed that "this improvement in the Tourist Office we provide the city of Los Alcazares tools to promote as a competitive tourist destination."
