DG Older Murciano Institute for Social Action (IMAS) has organized the First Time Traveling 'The Welfare State;
Viability ', which aims to disseminate and continue to bring all services for elderly that are in the 45 municipalities of the region.
The conference held its first edition in Los Alcazares, and was opened by the mayor, Anastasio Bastida, the closure of the day has made the managing director of IMAS, Leopoldo Navarro.
At this meeting have addressed different issues affecting seniors, their families and professionals who work in contact with this group.
The first presentation, given by the director of the National Institute of Social Security in Murcia, Carmen Tortosa, will focus on the Contributory Pension.
Then the CEO Pension Ratings and Inclusion Programs IMAS, Miguel Angel Miralles, deepen the current situation of Law Unit in the region.
Also, the Deputy Director of the Directorate General of Older IMAS, Maria Antonia Palao, will discuss current services in the Dependency Law and its future and the last paper will be the president of the Association of Unit Murcia José Miguel Marín on the role of the entrepreneur in the Unit.
Finally Councilman Social Policy, Francisco Mendez reiterated the importance of making known to all elderly and dependent Dependency Act, their difficulties and the reality of this Act at present, in addition to the services are provided.
