The City of Los Alcazares, hosts the exhibition "The Murcia deputies in the Cortes of Cadiz. The Region of Murcia and the 1982 Constitution."
The exhibition organized by the Joint Commission Regional Assembly of Murcia and the Real Academia Alfonso X El Sabio in collaboration with the Department of Culture, will be open until next December 30.
In a country at war, invaded by the most powerful army in the world when parliamentarism was born in Spain and a decisive event occurs in our historical: is promulgated in 1812, the first Spanish Constitution.
The Spanish people is first hero of his own story, and principles that inspired it: national sovereignty, separation of powers, uniformity of laws, liberties, preside 166 years after the Constitution we have today Spaniards.
This exhibition highlights how was the time when this Constitution was conceived, both in Spain and, especially, in the Region of Murcia, and know the figure and work in Cádiz of our first deputies, signatories of the first Spanish Constitution.
