The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Isabel Sarmiento, awarded the winners of school competition organized by the Society of Mario with the cooperation of the City of Los Alcázares, which has been developed to mark the centenary of the Spanish Military Airfield seaplane and Los Alcázares .
The jury composed of Guillermo Arenas Carús, Jesus Gracia Albaladejo, Maria Juan Martinez, Daniel Lopez Jorge Pina Abietar Imbernón and had to decide between the more than 400 drawings by children from different schools in the municipality.
The winners of each category will see their work turned into mural on one wall of the town.
In the cadet category, which ranges from 6 to 11 years, the winner was Paul Hail Square CEIP Welcome Conejero Requiel which was awarded a check for € 50 on school supplies.
The second prize went to Jaime Arjona Gorza of CEIP Al-Kazar rewarded with 30 € and finally Shayoc CEIP Petra 20 € school supplies.
In the sergeant category, between 12 and 18, the courts awarded Imane Ettabay, Maria Galindo Gomez and Carmen Hernández González all Menárguez IES Antonio Costa with the same economic allocation in the previous category.
Due to the success of this competition between the different schools in which more than 400 children, artistic and cultural association "The Society of Mario" has planned every year this contest with historical topics that concern the town.
