The Municipal Socialist Group of the City of Los Alcázares has filed a criminal complaint to the Local Government Board this session for offenses against the public administration, including the prevarication, referring to the rehabilitation of the pier dock.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Socialists in the city of Los Alcázares, Chema Gil, who explained that a few months ago removed to contest the award of the work to rehabilitate the fish dock of Los Alcázares, and removed by a procedure negotiated without advertising.
"It is true that this is a process covered by the law, but requires that the invited companies are different and that among them there are no common interests for there to be competition in reality," he noted.
He recalled that the three companies which he called the council, which are Technology Building and Public Works (TECOPSA) UNDINTER Infrastructure and AITANA Actividades de Construccion y Servicios, are closely linked to each other by different people who hold positions of executive responsibility in them.
According to Gil, these companies were called directly by the Local Government Board in a procedure to award the work of the project, which was commissioned to engineer certain ways.
"This whole business had sufficient evidence as to what we put at the disposal of justice because it also found that the mayor's daughter was hired days before the company turned out to be the contractor of the work," he detailed.
The Municipal Socialist Group spokesman in Los Alcázares has said that it has encompassed a "kind of bag favors" rather than a public call for a work.
"Ultimately, this town has been subtracted the possibility of awarding a work in better conditions," he criticized.
"Everything has been done by opacity, transparency and without this process meets the prima facie case, to be made available to the courts," he added.
Thus, the Municipal Socialist Group in Los Alcázares proposes to court to be called to testify as defendants all people, politicians and officials who participated in the award of this "business".
Also proposes to call as witnesses those who were part of the jury for which was awarded the work, entrepreneurs and the mayor's daughter, who was hired by the company that days later proved to be the winning and public office in the company through the social network Facebook.
"The group of thinkers who runs the Local Government of this council should be the less thoughtful thinkers there at the head of an administration in Region of Murcia," said Gil.
"Cause fear and shame that in the context in which we still dare to do business like this," he added.
In addition, the Municipal Socialist Group in Los Alcázares is reviewing the systematic procurement in certain areas.
"The mayor is very annoying because it believes that it is to paralyze the council, but the responsibility of the opposition is to ensure good compliance".
"We are in a very delicate situation, so we are looking to the millimeter managing these four years, and can say that without a doubt we will have new scandals," he concluded.
