On March 9, 2004 is published in the Official Gazette No. 59 Resolution of 26 February 2004, the City of Los Alcazares (Murcia), which announces tender for the procurement of infrastructure works of the Partial Plan Tower Rame with budget allocation worth € 39.169.83,98 and is awarded to José Díaz García, SA amounting to € 1,727,606.02 as low resolution of May 7, 2004 the City of Los Alcazares (Murcia) , which is announced that award published in BOE No 140 of June 10, 2004.
On Friday June 18, 2004 is published in a newspaper headline that reads: "The urbanization of Las Lomas del Rame and the golf course be built in 18 months", naming the work as "other people to start" and announcing the Mayor of the socialist group completion of the golf course and infrastructure works, from the sewer to the lampposts.
It is certainly true that in the absence of a month to be 5 years notice of the development work at Torre del Rame Partial Plan, this work is unfinished, (no street lighting services, and potable water or sanitation services, and some of the facilities promised).
The aforementioned work has not been receiving, by the session and the group alcazareño socialist government who runs it.
Despite these drawbacks, and taking into account the investment made by some businessmen who bought building lots with the thought of seeing finished development before starting their projects, completed housing looming (we no certificate of occupancy), hotel services with problems lack of these services.
Nothing is known about the senior center who is referred to in the said publication, much less the campus soccer fields.
Only seen a sports center with a football field 7 and two paddle courts, used as private sports center and only benefit a fortunate few in public office, and friends of these employees of the contractor.
From UPyD wonder how it is possible that incomplete urbanization without receipt by the City, building permits granted for housing can not guarantee municipal services and above all without securing the certificates of habitability.
With our strong stance of openness and transparency we demand the socialist municipal government for an explanation of the situation in which development is currently the "Torre del Rame, as well as a justification indicating its causes delays and penalties imposed in the case of these are attributable to the construction.
Noting the actions undertaken by the council as a manager in that work, Progress and Democracy Union Los Alcazares socialist group claims that the more rigor, reliability, control and compliance with the deadlines set in the works tendered for and more specifically in the residential "Torre del Rame", since many residents are affected by the negligence and breach of the few.
