Forty-two Civil Guard officers involved, until Friday 22 May, on the evidence of Lifesaving Championships which celebrates its fifteenth edition in the town of Los Alcazares.
The mayor, Encarna Gil, and Council of Interior and Tourism, Javier Carrasco and Isabel Montesinos have welcomed the Mayor's office to represent the Civil Guard, headed by the Commander in Chief of the Underwater Unit, Santiago González Almeida .
Almeida highlighted "the ideal conditions of the municipality for the successful completion of the testing, and who work both in the waters of the sea and pool and both beaches and sports facilities in Los Alcazares has more than met our needs."
The tests are performed in the morning on the beach in Los Narejos, near the High Performance Centre Infanta Cristina, and in the afternoon in the pool at Punta Calera Spa complex.

"We are proud that our town has been chosen to play the national championship, which reinforces this tourist resort of Los Alcazares on all levels," Gil assured Encarna.
