In relation to the protest called by the UGT union by the "paralysis of the collective bargaining agreement and the agreement of the working conditions of public employees of the City of Los Alcazares, towards a higher quality of service delivery public, "Mayor Gil Encarna Castejon on behalf of the Governing Body wishes to state the following:
Since this government team was established in the present legislature has solved the problem of labor unrest of 36 workers who have moved from a recruitment and workforce to be officials.
In the last regular full, held on 7 October, approved the consolidation of 13 more jobs and creating 22 new positions.
This makes a total of 71 people who have been working to improve their workforce from being fixed or temporary staff in the legislature created a total of 220 employees of the City.
Never in any legislature has made a greater effort in the area of personnel and that these numbers mean that have been created in the current 32% of the seats of staff
In relation to the Workers' Collective Agreement, we are working to eliminate sectarianism and individual improvements, getting all the improvements in the new agreement are reviewed and approved by all unions, ie, UGT, CCOO, CSI-CSIF and which, incidentally, have not joined in full to the event.
It is symptomatic, at least, that is the only union UGT convenes and supports this call, because if there really is no negotiation under way or had a stay of this agreement by this government would be logical that all unions in this negotiations had been to the event.
Finally, the Mayor said that "it is noteworthy that in a demonstration involving about 30 people, 80% did not belong to the municipal workforce, but are people outside this hall."
